Having The Faith to Favor And Follow A Faithful God (Part II)

     "Then Nebuchadnezzar was filled with wrath ... giving orders to heat the furnace seven times more than it was usually heated. And he commanded certain valiant warriors who were in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, in order to cast them into the furnace of blazing fire." [Daniel 3:19,20]  A fervent faith will feel the flames and forge ahead. "Then these men were tied up and were cast into the midst of the furnace of blazing fire." [Daniel 3:21] The faithful will feel the flames, and forge ahead, in the freedom of faithfulness.

     "[Nebuchadnezzar] said, “Look! I see four men loosed and walking about in the midst of the fire without harm, and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods. Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the door of the furnace of blazing fire and said, “.. come out, you servants of the Most High God, and come here!" [ Daniel 3:25,26]  His faithfulness will be manifested in the flames of the furnace for the sake of the faithful! "Nebuchadnezzar responded... Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego..." [Daniel 3:28]

      The main idea is Be A Blazer: BELIEVE and be a BLESSING and bring blessing as you are afforded opportunity within the challenging and the commonplace.  Be a part of the LEVITY that 'now' needs, a source of uplift as Christ is risen, and has raised you.  There is much room for genuine Christian peace.  Be an AUTHENTIC Christian, no more and no less than what the Bible says about you and prescribes for you.  Have ZEAL, real passion for the matters of God and for the power and potential abiding in true fellowship.  Make your ELECTION evident, being stable and steadfast as God has been faithful to you.   Cultivate your caring, beginning with humility, a perfect and fertile soil for the repentance so needed.   Let the RADIANCE of God's gift to you influence those about you and warm-up within you your gifts and calling toward being effectual.  Share the journey of your salvation and speak-up; His Spirit abides in you; His love has saved you; grace and mercy are real. So bring it on!  Fruitfulness rather than just prosperity will follow.

PRAYER:  Lead me, O' God, to live a God-honoring life, letting me manage such one day at a time, I pray in the mighty name of Jesus.
