I’m Delighted in the Lord
SCRIPTURE: “Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4

To delight in the Lord will cause me to deny myself,
To delight in the world will cause me to deny His help.
To delight in the Lord will activate the Holy Spirit,
To delight in the world will deactivate divine limits.
To delight in the Lord will prompt discernment,
To delight in the world will prompt diversion.
To delight in the Lord will orchestrate His truth and promises,
To delight in the world will orchestrate lies and dishonesty.
To delight in the Lord will grant me the desires of my heart,
To delight in the world will lead me to slowly but surely fall apart.
To delight in the Lord will usher me to His righteousness,
To delight in the world will usher me to extreme recklessness.
As I have delighted in the Lord, my desires have changed,
Because of transformation, old desires are no longer the same.
With a heart that can be wicked, sinful, and selfish,
To delight in the Lord first makes His way more comprehensive.
Prayer: Your goodness is limitless. Bless You, Lord! It is in the name of Jesus, I pray!

Praise the Lord because as I delight in YOU I experience YOU!!!
Amen. In the same way hitting the 'submit' tab allows the movement and routing of any message on the little screen of our laptops, so too does our submission open up God's wealth for us to enjoy in the spirit ... He will give us the desires of our hearts, conditionally, upon our delighting in Him above all else. It is our choice within the expanse of His grace, day by day. His desire is that we awaken to His presence. Praise be to God.
Amen! Thank you brother Glenny for this encouraging devotional!
