Given Gift

For all intents and purposes, I have decided that on the day of Jesus Christ I will not stand before Him. I can only imagine falling before Him. The Lord is marvelous; and I am simply amazed that He loves me! When I think of those who lost their lives for their choice of disobedience, I am brought to my knees-Thank You, Jesus for Your grace and mercy towards ME. Oh, the power of Your Love; and Oh, the privilege of repentance. You have given mankind, a way of escape from a system of captivity. Glory to the Lord God, our King, for all of His benefits!

The amount of graces and mercies I am actually able to recall causes me to render dances and shouts of praise. If you are reading this, you can rejoice with me, “We are not consumed!” Hallelujah! Yes, the God of the universe, takes time to bless us individually and bring us to the awareness of His awesome redemptive plan. He wants us to be absolutely convinced of His love for us. Jeremiah 31:3 reads, “The Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, I have continued to extend faithful love to you.”

Oh, I should also mention that God’s everlasting love is not given to any type of partiality as our love tends to be. When we say we love another, there are conditions and held positions. Seldom do we express true love toward a stranger. We intentionally determine who we will like, love, or hate. But God SO loved the whole WORLD that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him should never die but have life (after this life) with Him in Heaven (John 3:16). Again, the great thing is, God is not willing that any should perish but that all would embrace the opportunity, yes, the privilege to repent from sin and grasp hold to our rescue, our help, the Lord Jesus. Let those of us who believe and have trusted the Lord already, run and share the person and work of Jesus Christ freely, without fear to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.! For there is no God like our God; He is the only One who can set mankind free from the burden of sin. Hallelujah and Amen!

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for Your Son’s sacrificial death on the cross and His resurrection. Your work is evidence of Your GREAT LOVE for man. There is no other beside You, Oh Lord. Help us to be so sure of the power of Your love and Your plan that we are driven to serve You with our whole being convincing and winning those around us who do not yet believe. May we be diligent to warn them of the judgement to come when there is no choice to live in Your Son, the Christ. In Jesus’ Name-Amen!
