I Can, Because He Can

Mentally and physically I encouraged myself to accomplish tasks;
However, the spiritual option of encouragement is overlooked, or last.

So, I seek the resources around me to withstand the challenges I see;
The Lord’s truth and promises are available, yet disregarded by me.

Day after day I count on my limited abilities to get me through;
Denying the power within me to orchestrate victory and breakthroughs.

Now I am questioning what my power and strength are capable of;
Sadly, I’ve doubted and minimized what the Lord’s strength really does.
 
So, I repent and seek encouragement through the Holy Scriptures;
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, in particular.

This promise tells me there are no limitations on what I can do;
However, it directs and redirects whom I need to seek and pursue.

As I abide in Him, He will abide in me.
Whatever I need to do, I have the opportunity to be worry-free.

Therefore, whatever challenge is in front of me, I am capable;
The reason I can do all things is that my Lord is able.

Prayer: Lord, You are my protector, covering, provider, refuge, sword, answer, standard, keeper, healer, truth, Father, hope, conviction.  You are the reason I can do all things! Thank You Father! In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
