Say Your Grace

Scripture: Galatians 2:16–21 - Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified. 17 “But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not! 18 For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19 For I through the law died to the law that I might live to God. 20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. 21 I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

There is a choice for special and common grace
Whether you are a believer or unbeliever, determines the case

Grace is receiving what I don’t deserve
Obtaining blessings without a matched return

Special grace is exemplified through salvation
Believers of Christ with spiritual expectations

Common grace makes provisions for unbelievers and believers
Special grace grants eternity, only to those who receive Him

It’s misleading to claim what’s common over what’s special
Common grace is available, even for those who are devilish

Clearly, we are all grace takers
Minor grace is common, but special grace is official and major

I am looking to the Lord to establish my spiritual base
Acknowledging what is common, but secured by His special grace

Therefore, I declare as a believer to stand exclusively in place
Praying for those on the fence, to say their own choice of grace

Prayer:  I am grateful to have chosen Your special grace. I can see Your provisions from grace more and more while drawing nearer to You. I love You Father! I am coming to You with a grateful heart through Your Son.

AMEN Bro. Glenny! God's Riches At Christ Expense has been given to me without me earning, or deserving it. How can I not be thankful, or obedient for this great sacrifice? It should have been me Father, but by you Grace I have been saved. Thank you Lord for being who you are, and everything to me. Praise to your Holiness!
