Pursuing Motivation and A Stable Mindset

Hello, fellow saints, I want to talk about the difficult decisions we have to make and the ones I had to make this past year of college. As the first semester of my sophomore year of college got underway, I used my motivation to help me make the difficult decision to take a gap semester in order to purchase a camera, for my major of digital media and a car, for more convenient transportation.

I picked up knowledge and skills related to the real world during this time. I was able to go through all of the many “adult” experiences that we all have. Reciting the scripture above helped me get through these difficult moments by reassuring me that God always has a plan for me and that everything is in its proper place. Even in the midst of challenges all the hardship is in the past, I must focus on the present. How I respond to these challenges and the decisions I make in my walk with Christ are entirely up to me.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I give thanks for this opportunity to share my experiences with this wonderful fellowship of brothers and sisters. I pray that You will encourage us all to maintain a positive mind and strive for greatness in accordance with Your word. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray amen.
