This I Know…God Knows Me!
June has featured Devotionals written by our GBFC Youth. Here is what God is doing in the lives of our youth. Be encouraged by the Word of God and their devotional that they are sharing today!

SCRIPTURE: “O Lord, thou hast searched me and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine, uprising, thou understanding my thought afar off.” Psalms 139 1-2
God knows everything about me and you the reader, inside and out. He knows what you and I are thinking before we think about it, and every move we make. The Lord is aware of every action, motive, and knows our inner thoughts. Psalms 139:1 state: ``O lord, you have searched me, and you know me.” He reveals that the secret to understanding ourselves is to know the God who knows us. He knows not only my thoughts but my ways, also He knows the paths we travel every day. The God who knows you inside and out, is the God who sees you. Remember you are His child, and He is your Father in heaven. He is always concerned about every aspect of your life. God became flesh and dwelt among us in the person of Jesus Christ. He is the one who shed His blood to cleanse us from sin. Purpose to walk in the holiness of God. We cannot hide from Him.
PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ, I pray that You give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation, so I may know You more and more every day. You said if we abide in You, You will abide in us. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you God that you know us inside out and that you know everything that concerns us. Greater still you are with us, working it out for our good - those who loves you. Bro Marcus thank you for the encouragement. Love you
Amen brother Marcus for this encouraging devotional! For He is the Vine and we are the branches. JOHN 15:1-2. And Psalm 139 is one of my favorite scriptures.
Amen Bro. Marcus! Can't hide anything from Him. God sees my thoughts, motives! Sometimes I wish I could hide, but our glorious God sees it all and that keeps me in check. Thank you for this devotional!
Amen!
Oh yes, He knows, and He cares. He knows when we go out and when we come in. He knows our rising up and our sitting down. He is an all-knowing God.
Amen. While the most impactful work of God is invisible, upon the heart of every called-one, there is nothing invisible, ever, to Him. May our living, hour by hour, throughout every detail, be pleasing to God. Search me, O' God, and know my heart!
