A WORD FITLY SPOKEN is Worth a Second Read!
SCRIPTURE: "I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You. 3 You asked, ‘Who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’ Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, Things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. 4 Listen, please, and let me speak; You said, ‘I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’ 5 'I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You.'" Job 42:2-5
Saints, today’s a great day to get caught up on past GBFC Devotionals. We know that your hearts have been blessed by the various scriptures and by our writer’s perspectives based on those “apples of gold on settings of silver.” How good it is to encourage one another in God’s Word.
PRAYER: Jesus thank You for the encouragement of Your Word and for the Saints who encourage us through It. We have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, now as we take a second look, help us to see You. You have given us wise rebukers, now Lord we pray to have an obedient ear to receive such wisdom. It is not lofty, it is not earthly or sensual for it comes from above, from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Jesus, please bless the writers and the readers of these devotionals with a fresh vision of You and a deeper walk with You. It is in Your name we pray, Amen!
