Straddling the Fence!
SCRIPTURE: “You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons.” 1 Corinthians 10:21
Liberty in Jesus does not mean that you can do whatever you want. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons. In common language, you cannot straddle the fence. There is no middle ground. You can’t fellowship with the Lord and fellowship with demons. The two don’t go. You cannot do that. You are either fellowshipping with the Lord or fellowshipping with demons, but there’s no middle ground. I know it is a hard Word, but we are in an age where we justify fellowshipping with the world, because we say that the Bible is outdated and what God has to say needs to be more contemporary. We don’t call it what it is. You can’t straddle the fence! You can’t have a double allegiance.
PRAYER: Dear Jesus, once again You have caught us with our hands in the cookie jar, sampling and serving, tasting and treasuring the things of this world without regard to Your Word to not touch the unclean thing. We have demonstrated that we want to experience the best of both worlds. But You told us to come out from among the world and be separate. You said do not touch what is unclean, and You will receive us. Lord, we beseech Thee, make the taste of this world a bitter reminder of the darkness from which You delivered us out of. Let the taste of Your deliverance permeate the very debts of our being encouraging us when demons and our flesh tempt us and reminding us to be holy for You are holy. May we choose to love, serve, and worship You with our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength. In Jesus name we pray, Amen!

Amen. Don't climb it and don't straddle it, and don't go over that 'fence'. Walk in the Spirit and do not yield to the flesh . Time to suit up saints.
No Lord we cannot serve two masters, so may my love for You Jesus burn a continual hunger for You!!
