A Woman’s Worth

Let’s salute a woman's worth with an overdue celebration,
Often over looked, as runner ups, while underappreciated.

Afterall, we are the reward of every woman’s womb,
Her worth is based on God’s estimation and righteous truth.

To start, the Lord created women, not man,
We’ve placed false expectations that’s contrary to His plans.

Therefore, a husband doesn’t make a woman complete,
Her Heavenly Husband calls her blessed, beloved, and elite.

A woman’s contributions to the world should be valued,
Compared to men, her kingdom significance is equal.

Always making things better wherever she goes,
The Lord calls her “a good thing” because favor follows.

Confirming that a woman’s role is just as important as a man’s,
Confirming her role may be different, yet with equal demands.

Women aren’t just cooks, cleaners, or child bearers,
Women are involved, beyond spectators or bystanders.

So, we are thankful for the influence of a godly woman,
We should not respond to her like a second-class citizen.

However, women aren’t called to be independent, ratchet, or a boss,
A godly woman apart from any other women is her fear of God.

Therefore, we declare a woman’s worth is far above rubies,
Her fear of God determines a woman’s thoughts, words, priorities, and duties.

Prayer: Allow the body of Christ and the world to see what You see Lord in a woman. Her greatness is predicated on how much she values and fear You. Lord, allow women to see their value in Christ and not the world. A woman’s identity in You is far more valuable than likes, popularity, and independence. I pray that all the women that’s upon this prayer to have a burning desire to bring glory to You in consideration of their beauty, gifts, and ministry. In the name of Your Son. Amen!
