Today’s Assignment!

Assignment is not being made up by God as we go.  A child of God is under assignment before you were born, which is the remarkable greatness of how God operates.  The Bible says that we are chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world. The Bible also tells us that we have been saved because we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has foreordained that we should walk in them.  God had a plan for our lives before we were born. See God can make up His mind, before time, and the synergism of His sovereignty bring to past many scenarios and preserve you so that in time you will walk into what He foreordained before time. I can’t figure all of that out, but that’s what makes God, God.  

Prayer: Heavenly Father, when I consider Your ways, Your timings, Your seasons, I stand in awe of You.  Our predetermined existence, salvation, and work are miracles our natural minds cannot comprehend, especially when we see what matter of men and women we were. Thank You for our assignments and for conforming us into the image of Christ Jesus.  You are amazing in all that You are and do and we have no choice, but to bow before You and thereby proclaim, “My God, how great Thou art!”
