Stop! In the Name of Love!
It’s not about what I say, but what I’m doing;
I can’t afford to fall in love with words of satisfaction,
I’m purposing to fall in love with the person’s actions;
This will remove any developing doubts,
I’m able to discern what this person’s motives are all about;
Trust is earned when actions meet words,
Promises and vows can be empty proposals heard;
Even when apologetic, words mean nothing,
If behaviors continue, you’ve shown me little to nothing;
The mirror of a person’s heart is seen in his or her actions,
The truth is revealed in quality and consistent interactions;
I want to be your favorite hello, and your hardest goodbye,
I’m good alone, but more comfortable when you’re nearby;
I anticipate your spirit as my confidant and partner,
Your presence makes it easier when matters get harder;
I am set in my ways, but you add something different,
You allow me to see another view that’s just as significant;
Therefore, love is so much more than a bunch of words,
Love is beyond what’s seen, touched, smelled, tasted, and heard.
Prayer: Lord, You are all about love. You are love! Give us a burning desire to emulate this gesture beyond our words. More importantly, we are known for the love we exhibit as Christians. Let the love we show bring a multitude of believers to the Kingdom. In the name of Your Son, The Lord Jesus Christ!

Amen my brother!
Amen... "Stop" and Go, "In The Name Of Love"! 1st Corinthians 13 says sooo much, along with John 3:16, agreeing with the direction of Colossians 3:14... to bless God, and to bless others, we must 'put on love'. To realize our fullest selves as well, we must take on the adventure of love! Only then can one 'Spress yo' sef', courtesy of Archie Bell and the Drells.
Muchas gracias, bruh!
Amen. God is LOVE. His signal never fails.
