A Faith That’s Signed and Sealed

Uncertain before believing and accepting Jesus Christ
I was apprehensive knowing the way I chose to live my life

However, once I heard and trusted the word of truth
The Holy Spirit became the determining factor and proof

A divine promise through the Holy Spirit was immediately revealed
Once I believed, a guarantee of my inheritance was spiritually sealed

It cannot be lost, unjustified, undeserved, or taken away
The gospel of my salvation remains and is here to stay

The Lord’s redeemed will reap unlimited benefits
I am His personal possession with an eternal heritage

So, the Holy Spirit teaches, conveys, and testifies
He provides hope, comfort, conviction, and guidance

Lord, I will live on the coattail of Your promises and truth
Without the Holy Spirit, it’s impossible to do what You want me to do

Fill me with Your Spirit by the second, minute, and hour
I am depending on You to direct me and restrict Satan’s power

So, once and for all, I have everything I need to spiritually build
Because of Your guarantee, I have a faith that’s signed and sealed.

Prayer: Lord, I am encouraged. Thank You for all that’s provided to contend against what I see. Nothing can separate me from Your love. Lord, You are amazing! Forgive me for the moments I doubted You. Continue to renew me. I celebrate You in the name of Jesus. Amen!
