All of God’s Gifts Are Wrapped in Jesus
Scripture: "Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!" 2 Corinthians 9:15
Christmas symbolizes love, sacrifice, and giving
Gestures that mirror Christ with sanctified intentions
He left examples for us to follow in His steps
Transforming believers to inspire who’s next
So, He left it up to us to spread the Good News around Christmas
The reason for the season is to focus on the Son He gave us
Considering all of God’s gifts are wrapped in Jesus
Verifying our main objective is to imitate His allegiance
Each Christmas we should see more images of Him
Because of His birth, suffering, death, and return, we are born again
So, when I choose the package to pass out Christmas gifts
If Jesus isn’t in the center, the essence of the holiday is missed
Therefore, let us rejoice as we enjoy the Christmas season
Because we know all of God’s gifts are wrapped in Jesus.
Prayer: Thank You, Lord, for the ultimate gift in Jesus. As I pray I’m thankful for all that comes with Your name. Love! Gracious! Forgiving! Merciful! Faithful! Kind! Long-suffering! Patient! Provider! I can go on and on about what the gift of Jesus means to me. I honor You, Lord. In the name of Your Son, Amen!
