Looking For Recession-Proof Investing?

Look No Further

Scripture:  Romans 12:2 - "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God."

The most important real-estate imaginable, when managed correctly, is guaranteed glorious yields...and no, it is not in Florida, nope not Texas. Aruba, nice place, but nope. The most important real-estate there is, is nearer than you think [no, not Columbia]... it's right between your ears! Time for a 'check-up from the neck up'! Where are you with your thoughts and feelings, your calculations and your dreams, your wants and your needs, your will and your reach...? Who's winning that tug-of-war upstairs?

The psalmist simply leads us with the importance of our reception for, and work towards the principle of 'knowing', saying ''Be still, and KNOW that I am GOD..." [Psalm 46:10]
Once justified, understanding, a thing to be pursued, is the foundation for growing in grace, and then going forth continuing to grow across experiences, both the sweet, the sour, and the in-between of it. KNOW that I am GOD is both an invitation and an imperative.
Thank You LORD for that open door of blessing!

"Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night." Psalm 1:1,2
Thank You LORD for the perfect counsel of Your Spirit, the example of Jesus' earthly walk, the living word, and those enspirited sons and daughters put on our path with various gifts!

Eve, with Adam, permitted the ungodly counsel, and allowed their will  to be contrary with God's, to then stand in the shade of the tree from whence they'd pause and stray, to then also abide with the way of the serpent, permitting that sly speak with just enough measure to fall out of favor. [a little leaven spoils the loaf]
They paused with 'the green  pastures' and the 'quiet stream' of Psalm 23, set out for the soul's nourishment to imagine an 'other'. They missed 'the paths of righteousness for His name sake.'
Yes, they blew it, well before they bit it! [too far gone to quit, they bit]

Yet, YOU have made a way still! Thank YOU for mercy!
Thank YOU for grace and peace!
"...as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue..." [2nd Peter 1:3]
'Be still and KNOW that He is GOD.'  Be ye transformed by the renewing of  your mind!

Being free to decide is a powerful thing as we can surely find in the beatitudes [or 'be-attitudes']. Jesus having two audiences, allowed a unique message for his disciples, and provided them that dear, and maybe unsettling message to lend to their transformation, serving up some food for the soul:
We have to decide to be humble, to be sympathetic, to have meekness, to be surrendered, to show compassion, to be holy [set-apart], to be a peace-bringer, and to have courage... knowing takes the idea, lets it become attitude, which with work becomes action, which when multiplied becomes habit, fed eventually to then be lifestyle, to proceed as legacy... all having to do with 'being transformed, and not conformed...by the renewing of the mind'.
Therein the good, the acceptable, and the perfect is proven. We have to 'let it be'.

"Blessed are the poor in spirit...Blessed are those who mourn...Blessed are the meek...Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness...Blessed are the merciful...Blessed are the pure in heart...Blessed are the peacemakers...Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake...Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake." Matthew 5:3-11 [abridged]

Indeed, believe and behave!

Prayer:  Gracious Lord, thank You for Your love which never fails... I pray my all to be available to Your completing, my mind to be reconfigured with Your 'Yes', that mine own bears semblance ... I bless You now, in the name of my sovereign Jesus. Amen!
