He Knows Me Like No Other
Scripture: Psalm 139
Lord, You know me from the inside out
You know what I’m considering, and what I’m thinking about
You know when I’m thankful or ungrateful
You know when I’m committed or unfaithful
You see when I display righteous or rude behaviors
You even see whether I’m loving my enemies and neighbors
You know all I say, all I crave, and all I my ways,
You know all my fears, all my tears, and all my days
Where can I go to escape, or even hide my internal affairs
Whether I ascend to heaven, or even lay my bed in hell, you’re there
You are omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent
In other words, You’re everywhere, almighty, and all knowing
The best thing I can do is seek Your ways and repent from mine
Meanwhile, I will be more aware and mindful of my actions, thoughts, and time
So, Lord, revive my mind, body, spirit, and soul
Obviously, You know me, but it’s You I need to get to know
Prayer: Lord, You are acquainted with everything about me. I am baffled by the magnitude of Your power. There is nothing hidden from You. You see my deeds, thoughts, and choices. Forgive me Lord! Thank You for not condemning me. Thank you for the opportunity for repentance. You are worthy of so much praise. Thank You for mercy! I come to You in the name of Jesus.
