A GREATER Exit

Scriptures: I Timothy (3:16) And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by the angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory.

As believers we have read it, we have believed it, and we proclaim it, GREAT is the mystery of godliness. GOD introduced Himself to mankind, God revealed Himself to mankind, and now God chose to die for mankind.

God, manifested in the flesh - (John 1:1 & 1:14) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and Word was God. (14) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
God, justified in the Spirit - (Romans 1: 4-6) and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. (5) Through HIM we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for HIS name, (6) among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ; (25) who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.

God, seen by the angles - (Matthew 4:11) Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him. (Hebrews 1:6) But when He again brings the first born into the world, He says: “Let all angels of God worship Him”.

God, preached among the Gentiles – (Acts 13:47) For so the Lord has commanded us: I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, that you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.

God , believed on in the world - (John 1:11-12) He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. (12) But as many received Him, to them gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name. (Matthew 28:19-20) Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. (20) Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo I Am with you always, even to the end of the age.

God, received up in glory - (Acts 1:9) Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. (Hebrews 10:12) But this man after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God. (13) from that time waiting, till His enemies are made His footstool.

Prayer: My gracious and loving Father, in the name of Jesus my King of Glory, I bow. Your ways are undeniably perfect. As a believer in Christ Jesus I acknowledge that You wrote the script for my life. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight because You have the beginning and the end of my life in the palm of your loving hands.
