A Salute to Our Soldiers
Scripture: Psalm 34:18: The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
In memory of our falling soldiers
Saluting men and woman who placed our country on their shoulders
Choosing an assignment that involves physical, mental, and emotional danger
Facing extreme missions while united with a team of American strangers
Joining forces from different cultures, races, and regions
Understanding the need for our protection, allegiance, and freedom
The duty requires experiences that may involve trauma or death
Casualties with life-altering injuries or soldiers taking their last breath
We want you to know that your service is not in vain
We lift you, your families, and the military, in Jesus name
We acknowledge the families who took the loss for our gain
Our prayers are with you throughout the healing from your pain
Our hearts carry a memorial of your loyalty, courage, and sacrifice
It’s a reminder of soldiers who served, for others to have better lives
Therefore, we salute our country’s military and armed forces
The Lord will comfort, as we celebrate each soldier’s memorial
Prayer: Lord, Your hands are in everything. You know our losses and gains. You know when we are hurting. You have all the answers to our questions. As we acknowledge those who served for our country, keep Your promise to comfort their families. Fill the voids with your goodness. And we will be careful to give you all the praise and glory. In the name of Jesus, AMEN!

Salute indeed. Amen Zac, amen!
Thanks brother for lending to this day of remembering. Most all of my uncles, my dad as well, are laid in the veteran's cemetery, being of that generation that fought in World War II. They were just barely men then. It is good to remember their commitment, and their sacrifice. Thanks brother.
Amen!
Freedom truly is not free because it cost someone something. Lord as we remember Your sacrifice and how great it was, help us also to remember those who laid their lives down for families and friends. 2The KING!
Amen! Praise God for those service men and women who were/are willing to lay down their lives for the freedoms we enjoy! May America bless God!
I really wanted to acknowledge the families (Psalm 34:18) My prayers are lifted
Amen, may our fallen soldiers rest in peace, and may there families find strength, peace and comfort in You, O Lord. GLORY, GLORY HALLELUJAH!
