Brokenness is God’s Specialty
SCRIPTURE: “Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11

The Japanese have an ingenious way of changing the color and appearance of birds
and animals. For example, white sparrows are produced by selecting a pair of grayish
birds and keeping them in a white cage, in a white room where they are attended by a
person dressed in white. The mental effect on a series of generations of birds results in
completely white birds. God, too, has an ingenious way of changing sinners into saints
and He specializes in BROKENNESS!
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the
LORD, search the heart; I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways,
according to the fruit of his doings” (Jeremiah 17:9-10).
Brokenness not only leads to salvation, but as the Potter begins the educational
process of conforming us to the image of God, there must be “divine discipline.”
Hebrews 12:11 says “Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful;
nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have
been trained by it.” Divine discipline is an evidence of God’s divine love.
PRAYER: Oh what love the Father has bestowed upon us that we should called
“children of God.” Praise You Eternal Father for expressing that love through
whatever You deem as necessary training for Your Glory!!!

Amen! Blessed be the righteous ache that brings the sinner to be saint... that draws the wayward from the night, and lets the blind know life with sight.
Amen??Thank You LORD God, that You loved the world so much, that You gave us Your Son. Thank You that the pain of correction that we endure from Your love does not compare to the price that Jesus paid at Calvary.
Amen! Our brokenness is an opportunity, for God to show us we need Him!!
Amen ?
Divine brokenness, The Lord God's usefulness.
