SUNDAY MORNING PRAYERS with Pastor Wayne Cockrell

Our Father in heaven, we bow our hearts before Your throne of grace so thankful that we as a redeemed people can call You our Father with the full assurance of faith, knowing that You have demonstrated such great for us and still love us, despite our imperfections. You have not forsaken or cast off those that belong to You. As we open Your Word this morning, we yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit desiring that He would have total control. That our minds , hearts, all of our faculties, everything about us would be brought to the full attention of Your Word. That You would give us light and understanding which would cause our hearts to be touched in all the right places. That we would be a people provoked in our Spirit, motivated deeply in the core of our being to be what You wa nt us to be and to do what You want us to do. We ask Your favor upon this servant, that You would use me once again to speak in accordance to Your Word. We will give You praise and we will give You thanks today, in the matchless name of our great Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, amen and amen.
