Out With The Old Embrace The New Year

SCRIPTURE: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
After a year of ups and downs, tough times, natural disasters, failures, pain and disrupted plans: It is natural for man to welcome the opportunity to move forward with fresh ideas; to launch a brighter outlook for the future, to search for ways to avoid the same pit falls, to stamp out and toss out all that did not generate success. After all, we rejoice that another era has ended and hope that the next 365 days ahead will be fruitful.

Everything God allows in our life is good no matter how unpleasant. Romans 8:28, emphasizes that God orchestrates events in the life of those who love Him, for their benefit, even in the midst of challenges. Life is full of uncertainties and disappointments; yet we can move forward with confidence because we have trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ.

The same God who breathed life into you; formed you in your mother’s womb loves you and made plans for every detail of your life into the future. Therefore, God’s plan’s perfect purpose for your life remains. Whatever happened in the year 2025… good or indifferent, never surprises God. He is never surprised by any active involvement day to day. God uses every heaviness, suffering pain and disappointment to make us better. His plan does not change year by year. It remains unchanged. Hallelujah!

As you embrace the beginning of the new year: remember Three faith filled Scripture truths. (1.) Trust God’s plan. May this year be a testimony of God’s faithfulness. As you move forward, remember: “For I know the plans I have for you…plans to give you a hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) Beloved, walk boldly into the new year. (2.) “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…They will run and not grow weary” (Isaiah 40:31). When God’s peoples face hard roads ahead. ...God fits each with booths for the journey. You will run out of days before you run out of God’s strength

PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, by Your word, we know that all things work together for our good to those who love you. For, You Lord are in control day-by-day, moment by moment, and year by year in the life of Believers. I shall confidently put my trust in You, along life’s paths year by year, as I move into uncharted territory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
