SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER WITH Pastor Wayne Cockrell

SCRIPTURE: “that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power,” Ephesians 1:17-18

Eternal God and our gracious Father, again this morning we bow in Your presence as we open the Word, desiring that You would speak to us from It. That It would bring about in our hearts something new and refreshing, instructive, filled with wisdom, and guidance for our lives. We ask Your favor upon me, Father, that once again You would speak this Word by Your Spirit through me and may indeed Father this Word become powerful and vibrant in the hearing of people. That for many there would be the acquiring of a fresh glimpse of who You are. For others of us, maybe there is a conviction, a sense of neediness to repent, because we have fallen in our perception of You. Please do the Work that only You can do, Lord God. We will give You praise, and we will give You thanks in Jesus’ name, amen and amen!
