I Choose to Trust You Lord

SCRIPTURE:  “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9
Moses illustrates God’s patience and development with us as individuals. When encountering transitions such as embracing a new marriage, bearing children, embarking on a new job, experiencing the empty nest syndrome, building a new friendship, or confronting physical changes, it is important to hear God’s voice, await His timing, and trust His process.

Although zealous for the deliverance of God’s people, Moses missed God’s timing, purpose, and methods. What methods have you used to help God out when He was not answering you fast enough? After another forty years had expired at Mt. Hored Moses entered a transitional time. The verbal exchange with Jehovah through the burning bush forced this lonely shepherd to reflect on his past behavior, which was full of remorse, regret, and shame.

How many times had Moses possibly turned a deaf ear to God’s call? Are you in tune to the Holy Spirit’s voice even at this moment? Is He trying to get your undivided attention about a particular issue? Jehovah used this event to get the attention of Moses. El Shaddai transformed the shepherd of sheep into the shepherd of His people! Listen fellow believer, He is calling!!!

PRAYER:
OH Lord, give me ears to hear and a heart to obey Your will right now. Tomorrow is not promised so give me a thirsty heart for Your will for Your Glory now!!!
