SCRIPTURE: “Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! 34 ‘For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?’ 35 ‘Or who has first given to Him and it shall be repaid to him?’ 36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.” Romans 11:33-36
Father, we thank You so very much, once again, for the great gift of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior. We thank You for the Word that You have given unto us for in It and through It we have found new meaning, depth of thought, and consideration. You have launched us into the depths of Your thinking, Your mind, Your heart, and we rejoice and thank You for that. Bless us again as we open Your Word. We desire that the entrance of it in our hearts would give us light, that we might see life as we ought to see it. Father, every stronghold that exalts itself in us against the knowledge of You would be torn down and replaced with an edifice of truth in our minds. We will give You praise and thanks, Lord God, for we ask this in Jesus’ name, amen and amen.
