SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER with Pastor Wayne Cockrell
SCRIPTURE: “For this reason I bow my knees to the Father [f]of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:14-20
Father in heaven, we gather our hearts before You in the name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We open Your Word, desiring once again that You would speak through this servant and that the Holy Spirit would do a great work of enlightening us that we all may understand what You have for us this morning. We desire Lord that You would cause our thinking to continually be changed to be like Your thinking. That our words will be like Your words and that our hearts will be molded into a heart like Yours. So do in us what You will that will bring pleasure to You and Lord God, we will give You praise and give You thanks in Jesus’ name, amen and amen!
