SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER with Pastor Wayne Cockrell

Father, we thank You so very much for the gift of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to us. We are thankful for His death, the testimonial of His burial, and resurrection. Indeed Father it has become our life-we have known the death, we have known the burial, and we live in the resurrection right now and we praise You for that.  As we open Your Word, Father, we ask again that You would do what only Your Spirit can do in us. Cause us to understand, to have the enlightenment to see these matters from Your perspective so that our hearts would not only be filled with knowledge, but that our hearts will be so moved with the right motivation to do and to become whatever pleases You. Use me I pray as a servant to speak in accordance with Your Word and we will give You praise and thanks our Father for we ask these things in Jesus’ name, Amen!
