Facing Against Adversity
June will feature Devotionals written by our GBFC Youth. It is good to read godly inspiration from our youth. Be encouraged by God's Word working in the hearts of our young people.
SCRIPTURE: "Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness." Ephesians 6:14
As I was in class, one of my professors began to challenge the Word of God, claiming false information of what Christianity is all about. But God gave me the courage to stand against the professor’s accusations, and while it may have not been as impactful as I had wanted it to be, I was still proud of what I did. God has showed me how He can choose anyone, even if they seem unable, and use them to achieve His plan.
I know that I was put in that room for a reason on that day. I know that God doesn’t ask for more than what you can give. Lastly, I know that even if it was brief, a seed was planted for all of those in the room.
PRAYER: Dear God, please give me the courage to stand for You when Your Word is challenged. I ask that You may give me the right things to say so that I may please You.

Praising God for your holy boldness and obedience. Standing up for Jesus on a college campus takes faith and Holy Spirit given boldness. The Lord God be praised.
My dear Brother, may the Lord continue to give you the boldness to stand on His Word. That is the right way to think. Say what God says , plant the seed, and let Him work.
Praise the Lord for putting you in the right place at the right time because you were on God's assignment. Continue to allow the Lord's strength to overcome your weakness. He loves you!!!
