Troubles I Have Faced, But God…Loneliness
June has featured Devotionals written by our GBFC Youth. Here is what God is doing in the lives of our youth. Be encouraged by the Word of God and their devotional that they are sharing today!
SCRIPTURE: “Do not fear, for I am with you: do not anxiously look about you, for I am Your God. I will strengthen you, surely, I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
Loneliness is sadness because one has no friends or company. When you are lonely, you have other emotions like depression, anger, anxiety, and fear. In 2020, the pandemic separated people from the world. Even though people had family, they would still feel lonely. God spoke through the prophet Isaiah reminding people that He is always with us no matter what. It doesn’t matter if we have good or bad days because God is always with us. He loves people even when we don’t do the right thing. No matter what people are going through, God will carry and lift His people up.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, please carry and lift us up whenever we feel lonely or scared, but also give me strength to overcome this loneliness. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Sis. Paige, thank you for the courage to write this. May our Lord continue to be your refuge and strength. He says that He is a very present help in times of trouble (Ps 46:1). God bless you, my little sister.
Paige, thank you so much for this encouraging message. Believe me when I say that everyone felt that same loneliness you described.
Amen and Amen! Thank You Lord, that You never leave us nor forsake us! Thank you Paige for being open to share your heart.

He will never leave you sweet baby girl or forsake you! Sometimes, we as parents want to fill in the gaps so you don't have to fall or hurt, but life will never be that easy. You will experience times where Mommy & Daddy will not be there, BUT GOD WILL ALWAYS BE THERE! Love the Lord hard, trust Him with all your heart, and never look back! Mommy and Daddy loves you so very much BEAUTIFUL ðŸ˜ðŸ˜˜
I thank God for using you to share your testimony. As long as you have God you will never be lonely in this world. God loves you and so does your mom and me!
Praise the Lord Paige! Such a timely devotion! We all need encouragement in the area of loneliness! I commend you for being transparent. Keep up the good work for the Lord. We love you.â¤ï¸ðŸ™ðŸ¼
