Influence the World

Scripture:  Acts 13:47 - For so the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, that you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’ ”

Christians are in the world to influence. We are walking love letters of CHRIST. How can we just surround ourselves and/or befriend just other Christians? I learned before (and I am still growing) we must allow others (who are not in the Faith) to draw near only so that our light can be seen, which should have them want what we have already obtained - and that is no, not perfection but a relationship with Jesus Christ our LORD - Amen!

So let’s choose to be salty, bright, and loving. Know our place here, even during the Christmas season. Let’s intentionally spell out and say the holiday name, CHRISTmas. Yes, to adjust the lens and focus, so that CHRIST is glorified, high and lifted up for those around us to see Him as Lord and King! Hallelujah!!!

Prayer:  Lord, help us to embrace who You are to us in this holiday season and who You want us to be --  so that You may be glorified and pleased. Thank You!  It is a privilege to not only be accepted by You but to be sent and used by You. In Jesus’ Name-Amen
