What Weapons Are You Using

Scripture:  2 Corinthians 10:3-5 - For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God,

We are in spiritual warfare
What weapons are you using to prepare?

We can’t afford to look to ourselves for vengeance for a second
We must seek the Lord to establish appropriate battle weapons

Our natural response to our enemies and trials are carnal
The comeback the Lord has in mind is sanctified and uncommon

My boldness in matters cannot derive from a fleshly place
We must rely on the Lord to pull down strongholds at His pace

Lord, cast down the contentions, confusions, and disputes
Settle these matters unto Your glory, while we pray and rebuke

Anything that opposes against the Lord becomes a test
However, we fail and dishonor Him by fighting with the flesh

Rivalries, jealousies, strife, and divisions
Profanities, revenge, anger, and dissensions

Fighting fire with fire causes more confusion and disorder
Pray without ceasing and rely on Jesus, our living water

Prayer:  Father God your ways are righteous. My natural and old ways are not pleasing to You. Remove the hate, revenge, envy, bitterness, and wrath from my heart. Replace those fleshly ways with Your love, kindness, gentleness, and righteousness. Lord, I aiming to please You. Renew my heart to establish weapons that will advance Your Kingdom. I come to You in the name of Your Son, Amen!
