Cherishing Moments

Scripture: Psalm118:24 This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Celebrating supreme opportunities by showing gratitude
Allowing it to resonate, while influencing my present mood

His grace and mercy enable cherished moments
Valuing God’s time, through my kingdom enrollment

Considering where I’m from and where I’m going
I have the liberty to learn from every single moment

Moments of love and joy, moments of pain and hurt
Always with an understanding, things could be worse

This creates wisdom, assurance, and patience
God’s grace is sufficient, so for nothing I am anxious

Moments declare contentment on what the Lord has for me
Choices determine the cost, but the Lord discounts the fee

Divine opportunities regardless of the cost
Often, it’s taken for granted, while this time could be lost

There is no guarantee for another minute, hour, or day
Make the best of moments before they wither and pass away

Prayer
Lord, if You do no more, you’ve done more than enough. We honor You Father! We praise Your Holy name. Shouts of praise are lifted to You. My matters may not be ideal, but they could be worse. Your goodness is cherished. We come to You in the name of Jesus, Amen!
