Open Your Gifts
SCRIPTURE: “For I wish that all men were even as I myself. But each one has his own gift from God, one in this manner and another in that.” 1 Corinthians 7:7

All believers possess at least one spiritual gift to serve others,
All was designed by the Lord for Him to be seen and discovered.
The Lord saw fit to wrap these gifts in us for Kingdom service,
The gifts are diverse, yet each maintains a common purpose.
God’s grace is responsible for spiritual gifts in the body of Christ,
They’re not earned or worked for, but meant to fulfill needs without a price.
Ultimately, the purpose of spiritual gifts is to serve others, build the church, and glorify Christ,
These divine tools develop Kingdom business, unity, and a stronger faith in responding to life.
Therefore, there are many spiritual gifts that we are exclusively anointed to do,
It’s an active calling that takes place in or out of the church, living out God’s truth.
Spiritual gifts are not meant to be misused or ignored,
It’s an opportunity to further the gospel and imitate the Lord.
Spiritual gifts are beyond talents and natural abilities,
It’s given at Salvation to facilitate supernatural abilities.
All year round, spiritual gifts should be open, prayed on, and active,
Believers will be held accountable according to the Lord’s satisfaction.
So, believers must seek the Lord for clarity on his or her spiritual gifts,
And yes, it can be more than one gift identified that we could minister with.
Therefore, we honor You, Lord, You have entrusted us with these spiritual gifts,
Lead and guide us, so that through ministry the world will know who Jesus is.
Thank you, Lord, for gifts such as LEADERSHIP, TEACHING, and ENCOURAGING,
Make us available and productive for HOSPITALITY, ADMINISTRATION, and SHEPHERDING.
Neither is more important than the other when it comes to functioning in ministry,
Gifts such as GIVING, EVANGELISM, SERVING, MERCY, EXHORTATION, and PROPHECY.
Finally, there are many more gifts available that are uniquely prepared to uplift,
The Kingdom agenda is preserved and productive when we choose to open our gifts.
PRAYER: Thank You, Lord, for entrusting us with spiritual gifts. Let this be a priority for us to bring You the glory.
