Walking with Purpose
Scripture: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
This passage gives assurance that God has plans for us, even in difficult circumstances.
Christians apply this to their lives suggesting that God has plans for us including, among other things, prosperity, protection, and positive life in the future. Jeremiah 29:11 is a powerful promise of God’s good intentions and His desire to bless His people who believe in Him. In this verse, spoken to the Israelites in exile, the message gives assurances to believers even today, encouraging one another to trust in God’s plan, even during challenges.
PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for strength in the face of difficulties to trust You even if it does not seem as clear. I believe in Your plans for my life, in moments of confusion and doubt, I seek Your guidance. Help me, Lord, to trust Your timing and embrace the path You have for me.
