Strength in Weakness

SCRIPTURE: “And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
We often view weakness as something to hide or fix, but God sees it differently. In our weakest moments, His strength shines the brightest. Paul didn’t just accept his weakness, but boasted about it because he knew it was an opportunity for the power of Christ to rest on him. God isn’t looking for our perfection; He’s looking for our dependence.

When you feel like you’re not enough—when your strength runs out and you have nothing left to give—that’s exactly where God meets you with His grace. You don’t have to muster up power you don’t have. His strength is already more than enough.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for Your strength being made perfect in my weakness. I lay down my pride and self-reliance, and I ask You to fill me with Your power. Let Your grace carry me today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
